Psychotherapy - Hypnotherapy - Counselling

The first session is booked for 90 minutes, costing £40, subsequent sessions are booked for 60 minutes and charged at £37.

Relationship Counselling

Sessions are booked for 60 minutes and charged at £47 for two individuals, individual sessions are charged at the normal rate.

STOP Smoking Sessions

Consists of two one hour sessions, with the option of a free support session if taken within six months of going through the R.E.A.L Life Therapy STOP smoking programme. The Programme costs £150, payment is split between two sessions (£75 each week for two weeks).

Weight Loss Programme

Consists of three one hour sessions, the cost of the programme is £129, payment will be split between the three session (£43 for three weeks).

NLP

Sessions are booked for 60 minutes and charged at £37

Time Line Therapy™

One off sessions are booked for two hours and charged at £60

Reiki

Sessions are booked for 45 minutes and charged at £25
concession rate for over 60's - £15

Meditation Classes

The class lasts 120 minutes and charges at £10 per session

Group Sessions

Depending on numbers, the majority of group work is charged at £15 per person, per session
